These terms cover the 14 Day Top 3 Sprint sold by SUPRAREACH MARKETING, based in Brenham, Texas. By paying for a Sprint, you agree to them. The goal is simple: you know exactly what you are buying, what we guarantee and how you get your money back if we miss.
The short version
1. The 14 Day Top 3 Sprint
The Sprint is a one time service. For $1,500, we spend 14 days auditing, correcting, optimizing and strengthening your local search foundation, with the goal of making your business more visible in Google's top local results for the searches that matter to you.
No monthly retainer, no contract and no recurring charges.
Everything we build, including changes to your profile, listings and website, stays yours. That stays true even if you get a refund.
2. How we confirm a fit
We do not take your money until we are confident the Sprint makes sense for your business. Before you pay:
- We run your free analysis. It is a map scan of your business for the searches you want to win, and it becomes your baseline, the first scan.
- We review your Google Business Profile, website, competitors and local authority.
- We only offer a Sprint when we believe it can meaningfully strengthen your position. If it cannot, we tell you straight and you pay nothing.
- If we accept, we confirm in writing by email before you pay: your Sprint scope (the specific work items we will complete), the searches we are targeting and your baseline scan.
3. What we guarantee
We guarantee the work. The guarantee is met when every item in your written Sprint scope is completed by the end of day 14.
We do not guarantee a specific ranking or position on Google. No one can honestly promise that. Google decides rankings, and they respond to competitors, reviews, distance and changes Google makes.
Ranking movement can continue after the Sprint as Google crawls, evaluates and responds to the changes we made.
4. The 14 day window
- Day 1 is the day your payment clears. The window ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on day 14.
- If we are waiting on you for access or information we requested, the window extends by one day for each day of delay.
5. What we need from you
- Owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile, and website access where your scope includes website work, within 2 business days of payment.
- No changes to your business name, address, phone number, categories or hours during the Sprint unless you tell us first.
- Your business stays open, verified and at the same address during the Sprint.
- Accurate information about your business.
If you cannot give us access within 10 business days of payment, we cancel the Sprint and refund you in full.
6. When the guarantee does not apply
A work item is not counted against us if it cannot be completed because:
- Your profile is suspended, unverified or restricted because of an issue that existed before the Sprint, or because of changes made by you or anyone other than us.
- You move, close, rename or change your primary category during the Sprint.
- You ask us to stop work before day 14.
- You do not provide access or information that item needs.
If any of these happen, we will tell you in writing as soon as we see it.
7. What you receive at the end
At the end of the Sprint, you receive your baseline scan and a new scan, plus a short report showing:
- Where you started.
- What we found.
- What we changed.
- What opportunities remain.
- What we would prioritize next.
8. How to get your $1,500 back
- After day 14, we send you your end of Sprint report. If any agreed work item was not completed, we tell you and start your refund. You do not have to ask.
- If you believe we missed and have not heard from us, reply to your Sprint confirmation email within 14 days after day 14 with the words Refund request and your business name.
- Refunds are the full $1,500, returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. No fees deducted. No forms. No arguing.
9. Google
SUPRAREACH MARKETING is not affiliated with, endorsed by or given special treatment by Google. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
10. Payment
The full $1,500 is due before your Sprint starts. Any sales tax that applies is added to your invoice.
11. Limits of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a Sprint is limited to the amount you paid for that Sprint.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a disagreement comes up, we both agree to try to settle it in good faith before taking any other step.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the day you pay applies to your Sprint.
