Why a 12-month minimum? +
Local SEO is a compounding game. Months 1-3 build the foundation. Months 4-6 you start taking market share. Months 7-12 you compound. Agencies that pitch month-to-month either don't know what they're doing or are charging you to fix nothing. We commit to a year because that's what it takes to actually move the needle — and we put that commitment in writing on our end too.
Can I switch tiers later? +
Yes. Most clients start at PUSH, see the results, and upgrade to GROW or SCALE within 3-6 months. Upgrading is a 5-minute conversation — we adjust the agreement and start the new scope next billing cycle. Downgrading is also fine, though it rarely happens.
What's "industry exclusivity" actually mean? +
We work with exactly one client per industry per market area. If we sign a Mexican grill in Brenham, we won't take on another Mexican grill in Brenham — period. Your competitors can't hire us. This is the single most important promise we make. It's why we turn down more clients than we sign.
Do I need to be on PUSH first before going to GROW or SCALE? +
No. Pick the tier that matches your goals. If you're a competitive market or you're ready to invest in serious growth, start at GROW or SCALE — there's no "warm-up" tier requirement. The tiers reflect different commitment levels, not different stages.
What if it doesn't work? +
We have monthly check-ins where you see exactly what we did and what moved. If 90 days in, you don't see meaningful ranking movement, you call me and we figure it out together — either we adjust the strategy or we part ways. We don't keep clients that aren't seeing results. It's bad for them and worse for our reputation.
